I help people become better leaders, and I help organizations be more effective in their missions. I've been coaching for nearly two decades. My earlier professional background was in diplomacy, law and business. I've written two books as well as numerous articles on leadership and career development. I speak Spanish and Chinese. I have coached across the country and in a dozen countries.
My coaching training is from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. I have taught coaching at the Hudson Institute and at NYU, and have mentored numerous coaches.
I have a J.D./M.B.A. from Stanford and a B.A. from Harvard. Prior to college, I attended public schools. I am the father of seven-year-old, identical twin sons and live in New York City and Western Massachusetts.
