Integrated leadership development programs

We partner with companies and organizations to create multidimensional, cohort-based, leadership-development programs.  These combine group learning, small-group discussion, and individual coaching over a period of 6 to 18 months.

Team development and offsites

We design engaging, transformative team programs that respond to current challenges.  These can focus on team alignment, skill building, larger strategy discussions, or working through buried issues in a constructive way.

Executive coaching

Our coaches go deep with individual leaders to identify areas for potential growth, build self-awareness, improve skills, and grow influence. Coaching allows clients to reflect and experiment in a safe, confidential space, and is a way to focus on very specific, personal growth trajectories.  Our programs last 6 to 12 months, and usually include an interview-based 360 assessment.
